Enter your name and email, then confirm the new registration using the email we send. Country and product-news consent are optional. Joining the waitlist does not create a mobile account or guarantee an early-access date. Confirmation links expire after 24 hours.

A confirmed address receives the message that it is already on the waitlist. A pending address is told that confirmation is still needed. Submitting the form again does not create another registration or send another confirmation or welcome email. The form displays registration status without sign-in; it does not return subscriber names or other account details.

Use the separate Send confirmation email control below the registration form. Check your inbox and spam folder for the latest message. Resends are limited to once per address every 20 minutes and three requests per connection per hour. Confirmed, unsubscribed and suppressed addresses are not sent inappropriate confirmation emails.

Use the preference or unsubscribe link in a waitlist email to stop optional product news or all waitlist and launch messages. For help or a request to remove waitlist records, contact support@easywan.app. Mobile account deletion and website waitlist preferences are separate.

The planned template-first experience lets you browse and preview designs before entering details, then customize supported colours and fonts. My Documents is planned to organize saved work with search, categories and clearer document actions. Multi-document PDF and ZIP exports are also planned. Exact options depend on each released builder and device; the Guides explain the release boundaries.

Export anything important, then open Profile and choose Delete account. You need internet access and a sign-in from the last 10 minutes. Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT and confirm. See the Account deletion page for cloud cleanup, receipt links and copies on other devices.

Scan the result and check the full destination or encoded content before printing or sharing. A code may reveal contact details or Wi-Fi credentials to anyone who scans it. Never treat a QR code as encryption.

Use the supported Images to PDF workflow in the mobile app. Review image order, page orientation and readability before exporting. Keep original images until you have checked the exported file.

Smart AI needs an internet connection and your consent. Availability and usage allowances will be explained when Easywan launches. You can also write and review documents yourself.

It checks the current Easywan issuance record. It does not independently prove payment or certify the legal identity of a business.

A local draft has not received an official receipt number from the server. Reconnect and finish the receipt in Easywan. Local exports are not proof of official issuance.

Issued financial content is locked. Check the receipt status or use the supported void action. Create a new draft for a correction instead of rewriting the issued record.

Check camera or photo permissions, available device storage and the selected file destination. Try a smaller document. Keep the original before deleting or reinstalling the app.

Check your connection, confirm your email where required and use the same provider you used to register. Never send your password or verification code to support.

The initial mobile release is planned to be free. Future subscription tiers have not been finalized. No billing or paid plan is available through this website.
