The waitlist is open. The mobile app and expanded design tools are being prepared for release. This guide distinguishes website actions from planned mobile features.
Start here: website and mobile app
Easywan is being prepared for Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad. The website introduces the product, accepts waitlist registrations, provides help and checks supported receipt references. Creating or editing documents belongs in the mobile app.
The download page shows official store links when available. Product screenshots and campaign illustrations are previews; they do not establish that a particular app version or builder has shipped. Store listings will confirm device compatibility and regional availability.
Join, confirm and manage your waitlist emails
Enter your full name and email in the website waitlist form. Country is optional, and the separate product-news checkbox is optional. A new registration receives an email confirmation link, valid for 24 hours. Open the link and follow the confirmation step. Registration does not create a mobile account or guarantee early access.
A confirmed address is told that it is already on the waitlist. A pending address is told that confirmation is still needed. Repeating a submission does not create a duplicate registration or send another confirmation or welcome email.
Need another confirmation? Use the separate Send confirmation email control below the form. Check your inbox and spam folder. Resends are limited to one per address every 20 minutes and three per connection per hour. Confirmed, unsubscribed and suppressed addresses do not receive inappropriate confirmation messages.
Use the preference or unsubscribe link in an email to stop optional product news or all waitlist and launch messages. Contact support@easywan.app for help or a removal request. The Privacy Policy explains the registration-status response and the records used to operate the waitlist.
Understand the document collection
Easywan’s document toolkit covers receipts, invoices, CVs, letters, letterheads and business cards. The expanded mobile plan also includes certificates, ID cards for schools and organizations, and invitations. The Features page describes each category separately.
Choose the category for your task, enter accurate information and review the result before sharing. Reuse business profiles, customer details, products, signatures or stamps only in workflows that support them and only with permission. A template does not verify its contents or make a document legally valid in every situation.
Certificates: recognition with care
Planned certificate designs cover completion, achievement, appreciation, participation and recognition. Prepare the recipient’s name, award details, organization and date. Signature, stamp and blank signature-line options depend on the released builder.
Check spelling and the issuer’s authority before printing or sharing. A certificate design does not establish accreditation or verify a qualification. The builder and available collections will be confirmed at release.
ID cards: schools, teams and organizations
The planned ID-card builder is for schools, teams, organizations, events and memberships. Prepare the necessary name, organization details and an authorized photograph. Supported front-and-back layouts and export options will depend on the released builder.
Use only the personal information needed for the card and check it before sharing. These designs are not government-issued identity documents. Do not use a card to impersonate someone or misrepresent official credentials or access rights.
Invitations: make the details clear
Invitation designs are planned for events, celebrations and personal occasions. Prepare the event name, date, time, venue and the contact details you want to share. Check private venue addresses and recipient information before distributing a design.
The collections, customization and export options will be announced with the builder. This website does not send invitations to guests or provide an RSVP service.
Templates and My Documents: what is planned
The planned template-first flow is browse, preview, choose a design, enter details, customize supported colours and fonts, then review and export. Switching designs is intended to preserve entered information. These are planned improvements, with availability confirmed per released builder.
The My Documents update is planned to bring saved work, recent documents, search, categories and clearer document actions together. Multi-document PDF and ZIP exports are also planned. Do not assume every category supports every format or batch action before release.
Export, offline work and safe copies
Review page layout, names, dates, totals and image readability before exporting through a supported mobile workflow. Saving to Photos, Files or a sharing app depends on your device, permissions and the available format. Keep the original until you have opened and checked the exported file.
Supported local drafts can be prepared offline. Cloud sync, sign-in, Smart AI and official receipt issuance require a connection. A locally saved draft and its cloud copy may differ while sync is incomplete. Check sync status and keep independent exports before changing devices or reinstalling.
A local receipt draft is different from a server-issued receipt. Public verification checks the supported issuance record; it does not independently prove payment. Deleting an account removes its private receipt and verification records, so old references can stop verifying.
Scanning, QR codes and Smart AI
For scanning, check camera or photo permissions, keep the original and review extracted text. For a supported Images to PDF export, check image order, orientation and readability. For QR codes, scan the result and check the full destination or encoded information before sharing.
Smart AI is being prepared for release. When enabled, it requires internet access and consent. Submit only the context needed for the task, review suggestions and verify facts before applying them. Image generation and logo creation are outside the stated V1 scope. The Smart AI privacy page explains the documented processing and unresolved provider details.
Get help and manage your information
Email support@easywan.app for technical, account or privacy help, and info@easywan.app for general inquiries. Include your device, app version, a concise description and the steps that led to the issue. Leave out passwords, verification codes and private document contents.
The Account deletion page explains the documented mobile workflow and the limits for local files, shared copies and backups. A mobile account and a website waitlist registration are separate. Review the Privacy Policy, Terms and Cookies page for current disclosures; the remaining launch-policy approvals are clearly identified on those pages.
