This document describes the current implementation and proposed service terms. It is not yet an effective launch policy. Review the final hosting configuration and any future analytics before launch.
Public pages
The reviewed Easywan public frontend does not install advertising trackers, visitor analytics or session-replay scripts. It does not use a marketing consent cookie. The active waitlist collects the details you submit; its processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Reading a public page does not sign you into the mobile app. The session-storage item easywan-visit-prompt-v1 remembers whether you have seen or dismissed the optional Easywan invitation during this browser visit. A temporary in-memory preference serves the same purpose when browser storage is restricted. It is not used to identify visitors or track them across websites.
Authentication and essential operation
Waitlist registration status is checked on the server and does not depend on a recognition cookie. Confirmation and preference links contain private tokens: do not share them publicly. The retired easywan-waitlist-owner cookie is no longer used for recognition. Successful confirmation or preference actions remove it; older copies can otherwise remain until their original expiry.
The protected administration area uses Supabase authentication session cookies when an administrator signs in. They support sign-in and access control, rather than advertising. Cookie values must not be shared with support or included in screenshots.
Preview deployments may also use Vercel deployment-protection authentication. That is a hosting access control for the review environment, not a public marketing tracker added by Easywan. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process request metadata to serve and secure the site.
Images, fonts and external links
Brand images, official store badge assets and Plus Jakarta Sans fonts are served with the website. The frontend does not load a third-party font service. Following a configured app-store link or another external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.
Your browser choices
You can clear cookies or restrict storage in your browser settings. This can sign you out of a protected area or interrupt access to a protected preview. Public product and help content does not depend on advertising consent.
If analytics are added
Any future analytics or marketing integration must be assessed before activation, with its purposes, provider, data, retention and applicable consent controls disclosed here. This page will be updated before new tracking is introduced.
