About these terms

These proposed terms cover the Easywan mobile productivity service and its public information, support and receipt-verification website, owned by Sundifu Group & Technologies, based in Bo, Sierra Leone. The registered contracting entity details and full postal address require confirmation. No binding acceptance mechanism or effective date is asserted for this review draft.

Before release, the final terms must explain how users accept them and how material changes will be communicated. If you use Easywan for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain relevant regardless of these terms.

Website waitlist

The website waitlist is open. Joining does not create a mobile account, reserve a paid service or guarantee an early-access date. New registrations require email confirmation. Duplicate submissions do not create another record or send another confirmation or welcome email.

Pending registrations can request another confirmation using the separate resend control, subject to limits. Confirmed subscribers are told they are already on the waitlist. Registration status is shown to the person submitting the address without sign-in; the Privacy Policy explains this behaviour. Promotional bulk sending remains disabled pending completion of the necessary sender and compliance requirements.

Accounts and eligibility

Provide accurate account information and keep sign-in credentials secure. Use only an account you are entitled to use. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for reporting suspected unauthorized access promptly. Easywan support will not ask for your password or one-time sign-in code.

The final minimum age, parental-consent requirements and launch-region restrictions must be confirmed before release. These terms do not establish an assumed age or country of eligibility. Some features depend on your release, device permissions, connection and enabled services.

Tools and availability

Easywan V1 is a mobile-first toolkit for receipts, invoices, CVs, letters and letterheads, business cards, scanning, text extraction, PDF workflows, QR codes and reusable business information. The planned mobile lineup also includes certificates, school and organization ID cards, and invitation designs. The app is being prepared for Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad; published store listings will establish compatibility and availability. This website provides product information, the waitlist and help rather than a consumer document editor. Smart AI is an optional assistant when enabled.

Template-first selection, supported design customization, the expanded My Documents experience and multi-document PDF or ZIP exports are planned updates. Descriptions and previews do not guarantee that a builder, template collection or export option is already released. Check the Features and Guides pages and the installed app version for availability.

Local drafting and cloud services have different requirements. Sync, sign-in, official receipt issuance and Smart AI require internet access. Maintenance, provider issues, device limitations and service controls may interrupt features. Keep independent exports of important work and check sync status before changing devices or reinstalling.

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you own and bring to Easywan. You must have permission to use other people’s information, copyrighted material, logos, signatures, stamps and images. You remain responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of documents you create or share.

The proposed service permission is limited to processing, storing, transmitting and displaying your content as necessary to provide the functions you request and operate the service under the Privacy Policy. It is not a transfer of ownership or a general marketing license. Final license language requires legal approval.

Review destinations and recipients before export or sharing. A QR code can reveal the information encoded in it to anyone able to scan it. Easywan cannot recall a file or code already copied, downloaded or shared outside the service.

Certificates, ID cards and invitations

Planned certificate designs support recognition and achievements. A design does not verify a qualification, accreditation or the authority of its issuer. Use only award details, signatures, stamps and organization branding you are authorized to use.

Planned ID-card designs are for schools, teams, organizations, memberships and events. They are not government-issued identity documents. Do not use them to impersonate a person, forge official credentials or misrepresent access rights.

You are responsible for the event details, recipient information, images and permissions used in an invitation. Creating or exporting an invitation does not send it to guests or establish an RSVP service on this website.

Business records and calculations

Check business identities, customer information, line items, prices, currency, tax treatment, discounts and totals before issuing or sharing a document. The app’s deterministic calculations and server issuance workflow govern supported calculations and official receipt identifiers. Smart AI does not authorize those calculations or replace the issuance process.

Easywan is a tool for preparing records, not an independent accountant, tax authority or payment processor. Availability of a template does not establish that it satisfies every local invoicing, tax, employment or recordkeeping requirement. Obtain appropriate advice for your own obligations.

An issued receipt preserves its financial content. Use supported correction or void workflows rather than presenting a changed draft as the original issued record. A local draft or export without server finalization is not an official Easywan issuance record.

Receipt verification

Public verification reports the stored issuance status and limited approved fields. It does not independently establish that payment occurred, validate the identity of the issuer or guarantee the truth of information the issuer supplied. Do not misrepresent a voided, revoked, missing or unavailable receipt as valid.

Account deletion removes private receipt and verification records under the current policy. Old references then stop verifying and may return Not found. Export records needed for your own obligations before deletion; Easywan does not promise indefinite verification after an account is removed.

Smart AI suggestions

Smart AI can help draft or improve writing, organize supplied information, prepare supported form proposals and explain Easywan features. It is not an unrestricted chatbot, general internet search service, image generator or autonomous agent. Availability depends on configuration, capacity and usage limits.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate for your situation. Review names, dates, factual claims, wording and proposed fields before applying or sharing anything. Do not rely on generated text as professional legal, financial or medical advice.

Supported changes require user review and confirmation. Smart AI does not independently send documents, make payments or finalize official receipts. Do not provide content you lack permission to submit to the configured AI provider. The Smart AI privacy disclosure explains request context and history boundaries.

Acceptable use

Do not create fraudulent receipts or invoices, impersonate another person or organization, forge signatures or stamps, infringe intellectual property, or use Easywan to violate another person’s privacy or applicable law. Do not upload malicious files or use QR codes to conceal harmful or deceptive destinations.

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, retrieve other users’ private information, abuse verification endpoints, evade usage limits, interfere with service operation or misuse support channels. Security research and vulnerability reporting procedures must be finalized with the support policy.

Easywan and third-party rights

Easywan branding, interface materials and other service assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. These terms do not grant ownership of them or permission to imply an endorsement. Your own content remains subject to the ownership and permissions described above.

Third-party components, app stores, authentication services and infrastructure providers can have their own terms. Apple and Google store purchases or downloads, if offered, are also subject to the relevant platform rules. Links to third-party services do not imply that Easywan controls them.

Support and future paid services

Email support@easywan.app for assistance or info@easywan.app for general inquiries. Provide only the details necessary to understand an issue. Support does not require unrestricted access to private document bodies. No guaranteed response time or recovery outcome is offered by this draft.

No billing, subscription checkout or paid plan is offered through this website. The initial mobile release is planned to be free; future paid plans have not been finalized. Any future charges, renewal, cancellation, refund and platform-payment terms must be disclosed separately before users are asked to pay.

Suspension, termination and deletion

The proposed policy permits proportionate restrictions when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements or serious violations. Notice and an opportunity to seek review should be provided where appropriate and legally permitted. The final process and any appeal channel require owner and legal approval.

You can use the supported account-deletion flow described on the Account deletion page. Deletion is intended to be permanent and removes cloud account data, owned files and private receipt records. Background cleanup can take time. Exports and copies on other devices may need separate removal.

Any retained operational or security records are governed by the approved Privacy Policy and applicable law. Ending access does not automatically remove records that recipients independently hold or satisfy your own recordkeeping duties.

Limitations and legal protections

Easywan cannot promise uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output, recovery of every lost local draft or universal acceptance of an exported document. These practical limitations do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Warranty language, liability limits and any business-use indemnity are intentionally not finalized here. They must be proportionate to the service and reviewed for the launch jurisdictions. This draft does not impose an invented monetary liability cap or waive mandatory consumer protections.

Changes and dispute resolution

Features and service terms may change as Easywan develops. The launch terms must state how material changes are communicated, when they take effect and what choices users have. A change to AI processing or paid services may require additional disclosure or consent.

Governing law, dispute forum, any required consumer dispute procedures and the legal notice address remain to be confirmed. No jurisdiction is inferred from a user’s location, the brand name or the hosting region. Contact details and the effective date must be completed before publication as binding terms.
