This document describes the current implementation and proposed service terms. It is not yet an effective launch policy. Smart AI is being prepared for release. The Gemini account arrangement, provider retention and processing terms must be confirmed before activation.
When information leaves your device
When Smart AI is enabled, a request requires your consent and an internet connection. The app sends your submitted text and bounded recent conversation context through Easywan’s secure backend to Google Gemini. If you choose to attach selected text or supported form context, the corresponding context consent is also required.
Opening Smart AI does not give it unrestricted access to your saved document library. Include only what is necessary for the task. Names, contact details, financial information or other personal data you put into a request can be processed with that request.
How results are used
Responses provide writing suggestions, supported form proposals and guidance within Easywan. You review a proposal before applying it. The app’s calculations, validation and official receipt-issuance workflow remain authoritative. Smart AI does not independently send, finalize or publish your documents.
Conversation history
Explicitly saved chats are stored locally and scoped to your account. The current implementation keeps up to 20 saved chats and 40 turns per chat; history older than 30 days is pruned when accessed. This is not a cloud conversation archive or a guarantee of timed deletion while a device remains unused.
Use the app’s history controls to remove saved conversations. The account-deletion flow clears account-scoped history on the device where it runs. Copies on other devices and external exports require separate attention.
Operational records and provider processing
Easywan records request status, model, token usage and estimated cost for service limits and operation. Its AI usage tables do not store raw prompt or document text. The server uses request-based generation rather than creating a provider-managed conversation archive.
These application choices do not determine Google’s independent processing obligations or retention. Gemini terms vary by service arrangement. The final policy must confirm provider abuse-monitoring retention, training treatment, locations and applicable safeguards. Do not assume a zero-retention or no-training guarantee from this draft.
Your choices and service limits
You can choose manual drafting instead of AI, decline to send selected context and review every proposed change. Resource limits, failures or a service pause can make Smart AI unavailable. A generated answer may contain errors; verify facts before relying on or sharing it.
The Privacy Policy describes account data and rights more broadly. Use the official contact channel for a privacy question; never send API keys, passwords or unnecessary private documents.
